I could get this 5th wheel in there easily with my old tow truck. I was also a repo back then i did some crazy stuff like putting a 33 ft camper and 5th wheel on a 23 ft NRC bed with a ramsey military winch. Sketchy but i could do it and prove I've done it.

Love the bench. Looks a like it could break on the back though, knowing how cedar acts. Did you do anything else to prevent that?

What would you say to a seasoned mobile operator who might want to switch to towers? Any videos on that?
@foxhollerhomestead20 күн бұрын
@@tacticalsurvivalistX I do have videos on how to become a tower operator and the comparison of tower and mobile. One thing that you will want to remember with is that you will be better prepared if you go back to rigging and signal and chasing the hook for a tower until you can get some seat time. If you’re OK with that, then I would definitely do it!! I’m probably going to be stepping down out of the tower and going back to mobiles for a while. Towers can be extremely taxing mentally and physically overtime just in a different way than mobiles

Good afternoon, I am a tower crane operator from Ukraine, I have 3 years of work experience in Europe, now I have come to the USA, New York. Please tell me where I should start to get a license for a tower crane in the USA?
@foxhollerhomestead21 күн бұрын
Hello my friend! I hope this message finds you well and I have to tell you this is a pretty exciting journey You’re on! I have included the link below that will direct you to the national commission for the certification of Crane operators, which is where you are going to take your test and get your license from. You also might want to consider joining your local operating engineers in New York, which I have also included a link for. Make sure you call a union representative and ask them questions about joining the union and different programs and options that they have. Good luck on your journey, my friend! www.nccco.org/ www.iuoe158.org/

Hey really like the bench style, incase you don't know there is a book of standards for furniture etc. It would have the dimensions for things like seat and back angle, seat height. This would get you a starting point then adjust slightly if needed for your own preference. Of course the information is probably available on line too. Cheers.

Thank You for making this video , I am sending it to my company's safety coordinator ! I can't tell you how many guys have walk by the crane and looked up and said " You Got It Made " ! I will quickly tell them to go get their CDL license , and get their NCCCO certification and join the fun ! End of conversation ! I'm in my 70's and still running mobile cranes . It's better to "wear out" than to "rust out " ! Have a good week and be safe ! NCCCO certified operator .
