Ok, I’ve had both for two different Dodge Grand Caravans so this is for the 1000 pound rated bags. The airlift bags for my van were taller filling up more of the spring. Maybe 2 inches taller not sure exactly. I think Firestone does this intentionally to provide a smother ride. With that said I don’t want a smother ride, I want the rear lifted when loaded up. The bags seem of similar quality but the Firestone has push fittings where tge Airlift uses tension springs and those rust from road salt.

Don't want to be less than appreciative for posting this - every install vid helps someone somehow but given the complexity and more than basic knowledge this requires, do we really need to see how to remove lug nuts? You could start the video showing it down to the disks. Every minute helps.

Can you adjust the height once they're on the vehicle?

Can't wait to get these for my Tacoma TRD off-road suspension is too damn soft especially if you load it heavy or towing a trailer! It's just hard for manufacturers to get it right because towing & going off-road are total opposites can't wait to get these considering my payload capacity is ONLY 945 lb 🤦

There is NO need to disconnect the lower ball joint to remove the coil over assembly. Especially for such a small spacer. And in many cases, the upper ball joint may not need to be replaced. A small 3/4" spacer and especially if just pulling the coil over to replace a spring. Larger spacer make it a lot easier to remove disconnect the upper control arm ball joint from the spindle to allow for more easier movement of the lower control arm.

My truck is a 2019 Silverado 1500 LT, crew cab, short bed, 4WD, 5.3. I recently put some Bilstein 5100 shocks on all four corners. I checked several sources to be sure I was ordering the correct numbers and they all said the 24-238304 was correct for my truck. After installing the fronts with the snap ring on the bottom groove, the truck sat about 2" lower at the bumper. I removed them and moved the snap ring up to the third groove from the bottom. It brought it up only about 1-1/2". To be at stock ride height it still needs o be another 1/2", but that just doesn't sound right for the snap ring to need to be on the top groove to give me the stock ride height. Is this a common problem? I love the new ride, and I can live with the snap ring being in the top groove, but it just seems there is something wrong going on here since the top groove position should have given me almost 2" of lift over stock.

Do not even buy bolts or nuts or washers from SD truck spring. They are absolutely the worst outfit you can purchase from. They have crap for customer service. They don't communicate with you. I've been waiting for over a month just for spacers for some airbags and I can't get anyone on the phone or to give me a real email. Just robot emails. SD truck spring absolutely sucks. I need to be put out of business

Okay so how do you adjust them? Do you have to dismantle the entire strut to move the snap ring?

I want this lift but I have a quad cab and on 4-Wheel Drive parts it says it's not compatible. I've seen other quad cabs lifted though.

Put the knuckle on the knuckle assembly. lol You mean wheel bearing or hub assembly.
