Pull the mirror strongly to you and it will come out (there is a sort of "ball" inside a circular plug).

the ATE ceramic brake pads are not made for drilled and slotted rotors , they are made for the basic rotors

Good video I would use a fuse on the fuse panel connection Make sure the wire doesn't cross the pillar airbag. I also wish the had 12v dashcams...would make life easier. My biggest problem is I have 7 cars...so I use a dashcam with a removable base.

ciao, sì potresti usare OBD e qualche app in abbinamento.. io però l'ho lasciata cosi tanto non dà fastidio e la macchina va lo stesso. Basta che ti segni a quanti km fai il tagliando cosi ti regoli quando devi rifarlo.

@@domworks sisi fatto sempre così, adesso ho preso un OBD per cercare di risolvere un problema alla strumentazione, una scritta DEF al posto dei km parziali con un casino di spie che rimangono accese anche dopo aver spento l auto, poi magari riaccendo e non ci sono più, l avevo preso appositamente per provare a cancellare questi errori, ma niente da fare a quanto pare si tratta di un problema hardware alla strumentazione, all occorrenza ho azzerato i service impostando manualmente i km e i giorni, per almeno 5 anni non dovrebbe accendersi più, Almeno questa spia🥲

Assolutamente si, i prossimi che ho fatto ho preso manualità e li ho sempre fatti senza togliere i tubi. semplicemente alzi bene l'attaccto e stacchi attentamente il filtro che solamente "incastrato".

the top piece of the stand should be placed so that the grain of the wood is at 90 degrees to the rail under the car or there needs to be some kind of metal support betweent the rail and the wooden stands.

solo casse, rispetto alle originali sono un po piu "cristalline". come bassi cmq siamo allo stesso livello. (sulla mia comunque c'è il sub).

Fuel filter change was almost correct. I remove the diesel in the filter housing and put in a glass jar to check for stuff that should be in there, Like metal. I have a hand held vacuum pump that I use on breaks and stuff lie this. Wipe out the filer housing with a white cloth so you can check it to for stuff that doesn't belong. This is also removes any water.

Not at 100%. At low speed they are very nice. But At high speeds and continuous braking, the ate ceramic doesn't hold the discs very well. I Also think because of the holes in the zimmerman discs. I would try ATE normal, not ceramic..

You know when you turn the key to the first position the fuel pump runs to pressurise the lines, you can hear it in the back, although some peoples are quite quiet in the cabin, mine certainly isn't, but my mates petrol Astra pump is quite quiet, I have the A3, just the 1.6 engine And couldn't those tubes be left attached?

Another FF change done wrong. Always remove the old diesel. You can't see anything smaller than 25 micro with the eye so you don't know what is in it. One drop of water will ruin your day. I'm 62 years old and grew up on a ranch. Been around diesels my whole life. It is up most essential that the engine gets clean diesel. I have seen more problems because of dirty fuel than any other single thing.

There’s a water separator in the diesel fuel system that collects water, and water is denser than diesel so sinks (water is not present in the fuel filter housing as it is high up).

Hi, congratulations for the videos. You are really good. I ask since you have the same car as me if you have ever replaced the central flap motor v70. The diagnosis made with VCDS gives me the following error: 01272 - Positioning Motor for Central FLap (V70) - 003 - Mechanical Failure - Intermittent. The problem is that I can't adjust the direction of the air, for example it never reaches the feet. Have you ever taken it apart? From what I was able to understand it is hidden in the central part starting to disassemble something on the driver's side. Can you help me?

se metti ti i video su internet per la gente, allora devi essere da esempio.... 1. non usi la chiave dinamometrica (hai stretto la vite della coppa dell'olio troppo) 2. se metti il pulitore per il motore prima di cambiare l'olio, allora lo devi accendere e farlo camminare in folle per almeno 15 minuti 3. apri il filtro prima di far uscire l'olio, cosi esce meglio- 4. HAI MESSO IL FILTRO NUOVO SULLA STRADA SPORCA... ma daiiiii caxxxoooooooo 5. ho smesso di guardare il video a questo punto.... ciao

Will this fix the problem that I'm having? I put an aftermarket android stereo, but I have no sound. The stereo does emmit it but not when plugged into the car. The original stereo still sends it no problem

You have to buy first a converter. These work through a non-standard protocol so you first have to convert the signali. Buy a PHONOCAR 4/130 (if you have bose system) or PHONOCAR 4/190 if you have a standard audio system. Let me know👍🏼

Hi, when the car is off, does the dashcam stay on or does it turn off? If I plug it into the cigarette lighter via USB the dashcam stays on and I'm afraid it will drain my battery.

As I showed, it turns off because the fuse I found has no corrent when the car is turned off. If your cigarette lighter is always ON, simply remove the plug when you have to leave the car . (This is why I prefered to connect it to a fuse socket)
