I had never thought about the possibility of cold forging gauntlets due to the thinness of the material, but that actually makes a lot of sense, I have to wonder if the heterogeneity of the metal that medieval armorsmiths were working with would make this impossible.

you have some very impressive pieces...maybe good idea to invest in making movies with these pieces as im sure plenty of medieval fans out there are looking forward to more good movies with these knights and other soldiers without cgi and good protection with swords hits against armor possiblilties
