I noticed that the flaps hadn't been fully extended before landing,they were on flaps 15 which is what is used for take off and the initial stage of final approach.

Mike Jeffries was genius in his whole business strategy with having everything being really attractive, white dominated with blonde hair and blue eyes in mind and he was marketing those perfect looks. When he left the company in 2014, a lesbian took over the company and basically flipped everything and made it what it is now. Extremely unattractive and the models are awful looking. It’s nothing like it’s former glory and her and the ones involved ruined the image. Essentially all the ones that could never measure up to Mikes standards and the ones that were outcasts and unpopular and unattractive, are now the ones running the company. I wouldn’t step foot back into Abercrombie now.

1 Person on The 2006 A&F Soundtrack Video Slideshow on here said/called it, 'The In-Store Retail Theatre Experience' of Mike Jeffries. Yeah, very beautiful good-looking people in those Stores back-in-the-day, this was a couple of years before my time. We are definitely really missing This Extremely Iconic Aspect right now. 1 of my friends also an In-Store-Model there called/referred to The Soundtrack 'what you would find/hear in a gay Nightclub.' Good song too.

@85prp Yes, Mike made Abercrombie Very Iconic - I think overexpansion hurt us with the fashion & times changing as very hard to predict that/everything. I also never had a chance to experience that era - I worked mostly at Hollister in the early 2010's on & off to the late 2010's (never shopped at mall much before that) as Mike created a really sick Iconic Brand (Very Preppy as I want to make Ruehl in Hollister all just Hollister-with online shopping today having less merchandise in the back bays-for all ages being Very Preppy - want the same Style as Mike all my l Very Preppy really good build No Personality). The style today is comfort baggy and more woke, and it is working some I think (opening more stores than closing 1st time in 15 years), but it is still nowhere close (from what I heard) to The 90's - Early 2,000s So Iconic like this song, the management structure, Darker Lighting, builds, lifestyle, and quality (I really don't like the style today as Black 'Forbidden Color' not allowed big no no back in the day 'Too Urban' just Very Dark Navy Blue, now very like Versace like fast-fashion I think no Preppy just any color as want to just make Hollister Preppy as people age but don't with our clothing no moving to Versace like some of my fashionable friends there, no change just consistent Preppy/Preppy Style/Preppy Lifestyle). I absolutely loved/love The Brand before as All Preppy, only Store I literally ever went into, and worked at also (as is everything me). I feel Brand very mainstream with everything today - while maybe doing better, no Iconic Factor(s); really like a lot of people, miss The Old Abercrombie.

The Soundtracks so Iconic - very good unique music not mainstream/mainstream stores. So many Iconic Elements really missing right now - learning a lot from shoppers points of view in the comments like The Quality And Atmosphere, as I mostly just worked for Brand. Want to reinvent like Restore Order back to this, Very Good Quality And Looking Extremely Iconic. A lot of people I think don't age/just age with The Original Style still thin toned etc... look the same very preppy we don't like Versace Stuff & Colors (darkest color we wear is grey & navy blue as 'Forbidden Color' big no no back-in-the-day, no curves/mom jeans just stick-builds). Good song, this is great for anxiety/mental health - really want to Recreate This Very Iconic Fantasy World - Very Good Quality & Good Looking People Models board-folding The Store (Loved Room 2 as where I always ended up): kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ost3i72KtMCVZ58.html

@85prp The US; yes it was like that. That is really cool - yes, The Stores need work right now as you see The High-End Layout before as you described (The Moose, Canoe, Mahogany), now none of Those Iconic Elements, Very OAD like The Sig Spotlight Lighting on The Clothes - Brands are really really missing this right now. Very High-End All Preppy Brand Before - Very Iconic, Very Preppy, but Very Expensive (100% Cotton for clothing); to get Brands back to that, it is going to take High-Ups as Very Expensive but Very Very High-End & Very Exclusive.
@curtschannel47 ай бұрын
@85prp Well said; many people like my ideas - yeah to touch on Mike, probably 150+ IQ Ivy League, mine average probably mid 110’s; my vision and look for The Store is like his as I am a lot like him, but yeah he is a genius and I will never run stores etc… You did it best - the shareholders hated him and ugh The Brand just middle mainstream now. Yeah, Bruce Weber worked with Versace & Ralph Lauren phenomenal photographer very high-end. You are right - can possibly make it 80% of what it was if we get someone/some people like Mike at the top like Apple now maintains iPhone as I am like Mike very similar vision lifestyle etc… The Brands were awesome back in the day (Very Expensive) - no Key Holders just Degrees MIT ASMs. I really like Mike - like my favorite/coolest person in the world as want style & build like him. You are really right, but like Apple now, with right people if we get them, can recreate a lot of that. This Brand A&F was so Iconic - you had LGBTQ+ and Drama with Preppy Muscular Football Dudes/Athletes; that is incredible your personal In-Store-Experience describing it perfectly, as it was a Fantasy World getaway from mainstream. Now, you see not just us/Our Own World Fantasy Reality, but now Gap J Crew (idk if good/bad brands, but not just Us Our Style), The Home Office Foods likewise - now kind of very middle-tier. Before, In-Store-Experience set us apart from everyone else by far; A High-End Nightclub Clothing Store as 1 other friend associate called it ‘Music you would hear/find in a gay nightclub’ Will Khalili. A&F before no other brand like it as In-Store-Experience set us apart from the rest (we really need that again).

@SenseAll I worked at this location back in spring 2005. Met my wife at Hollister where she worked. We were both store models. We've both commented recently how the clothes they sell now are very generic, nothing like the way they used to be with quality and having a unique look and fit to them. This A&F location closed down a few years back.

@@trevorthiessen6317 That is awesome; my dream was Getting a Sig 12/10 Old-School Hollister Babe as wife (1-stick-figure some get Boobs done giving you what you want tbt - very awesome), but yeah very mainstream now. I was an In-Store-Model like you both 2010-'13 as went back recent years to learn shipment to help them out - definitely very different brand today since Mike left starting in 2014-'16 really began shift to hipster & woke fast fashion as I didn't like returning 2014-'17 & years after/wasn't happy. Not saying the company is like bad looking more peppy personality, but no superficial 0 Personality some 0 Brain like Smokin' HOT Sig Babes nowhere else can find that like described. Also, yeah friends of mine there met spouse there same age as Cool, very diverse great place to meet husband/wife/spouse (some athletic more outgoing, some 0 Personality 0 Brain like myself). For what it is worth, very like business now having Forbidden Color, nothing Prep/Preppy anymore.
