I had braces for 2 years, when I got them taken off I found out my gums were receding causing me teeth sensitivity. I found a video on oil pulling and decided to try it. It made my teeth white, my gums became healthy again and I can now eat ice cream. 😃👍

Blue is my favorite color, it always makes me feel calm and peaceful. I agree, yellow and orange can make your teeth look stained and dull.

I had a tooth that had no pain. I went for exam and dentist said that tooth had cavity. ok fine. she filled. before filling never had issue with that tooth now it hurts 4 months later when food or water any temp hits it. the pain comes in a wave and fades out. its not horrible but its very noticable and uncomfortable. She did say the cavitty was bigger than she expaected when she was filling. I need to go back for a cleaning in a month and trying to hold off setting up extra appointment. wouldnt suprise me if I need a crown now. Teeth are annoying as hell.

Happened to me she said the old filling needed repair, she kept drilling & drilling, I was hoping she would stop but it went seems for ever , absolutely no pain before but now with everything, no wonder people don’t go to the dentist.

my pain did go away for now with senstive tooth paste and leaving the paste on the teeth and not rinsing with water after. took a few weeks of using tooth paste
