We used to donate all grocery ( Sidhu ) on our birthday ( me and my brother , to Swaminarayan Temple just nearer to our home in Burrabazar ( now temple also shifted near my office as well as we also shifted ) I used to passed through a big Swaminarayan Temple outside Kolkata but it was business visit so do not get time to visit it Morning hours i passed and as soon as work finishes , temple also closed for afterwards period Till date not visited It is beautiful made near Joka , Kolkata

Yes even used to eat good food quantities in my younger age Now no more , having 3- 4 small diet in between breakfast and Dinner I do not eat lunch on regular days Only on Holiday and Sunday i make lunch Otherwise makes Dinner with variation in all Gujarati food

We get this batter in market so i can easily make this white Dhokla , my mother loves red chilly powder on it while i spread crushed black pepper powder I avoid eating Punjabi foods/ Chinese foods , In India , still standards of using raw ingredients are very inferior one , in Punjabi, Maida are used , just google it , you will forget permanently to eat items made from this Even Chinese also used maida and to enhanced the taste MSG ( ajinomoto ) These agent is very serious one

I also cooked daily evening since last 6 months I do prepare in morning so do not require more time in evening after returning from office Yesterday was Yogini Ekadashi I soaked Sabudana in morning and peeled and chopped potatoes in morning Roasted crushed peanut and chilli ginger paste are always ready for me in keep them in freeze
