We are not saved nor live by doctrines.... Rather by every word of GOD. I see what you are saying. I have recently been studying church history, the saddest storyline ever. Burning other believers because of disagreement over doctrines. And seeking political power instead of acknowledging the King of heaven and earth and the Son of God who gave us the commandment to love one another. ???❤

I was looking forward to hearing you preach at Oxford, but I'll be away so I'll miss it. Darn.

What if the guest who wasn’t appropriately dressed was simply not showing recognition of the importance of the king and the wedding? We dress for ceremonies to show that we find something to be a special occasion, worth recognising what it means. So in a sense, if you didn’t bother to show deference by dressing up, it’s like you’re not recognised the significance of Jesus’ kingdom coming into effect.

I can see myself getting tempted by a hot chick bathing on the roof, which is why I don't judge David.

There's a golden rule that has been in place since the beginning of civilization. That golden rule is this: those who have the gold make the rules. Jesus' way is different.

This is the real deal! Coming in persistent faith, courageously, gently, respectfully, with humility while "reading the vibe". I'm grateful.

NOW!!! Y'all come with the "CHRIST-LIKE" notion (the original intended meaning), after "The Church" and the likes have been OBSOLETE for the past 179 years. The feeding to the inheritors of the millenials of misguidance is today more lucrative than ever, with the centuries of the idea that Satan's "legal tender" are "Blessings", and the CHARLATANS of His "Recruiting center" getting filthy rich and "Fellowmen" be damned. The tail end of Satan's domination since "GENESIS".

Those of us especially my 86year old husband whose sight rapidly deteriorated over a short 3 month period while awaiting for an appointment with his eye surgeon to find that the film which had developed over the back of the artificial lense could be removed by laser treatment and after a few days he and all who know him are rejoicing.
