Sometimes we will have someone come along to help with the kids but for this trip the baby stayed with her grandmother and the big kids were with their bio dad.

Mine does not clamp like this. It seems very lose and I don’t get curls right away even in the highest setting and I’ve been doing my hair for years so I’m an expert when it comes to using tools and curling my hair and I just can’t say my tool works as good as yours. Maybe I got a defective one

I purchased the EBY. I actually loved the way it fit. Took the tags off and decided to keep. The feel of the material is wonderful. I thought I’d found my favorite new bra. Had plans to purchase more in several colors. Regretfully the very first time I laundered it the fabric split near the top of the cup. I was disappointed but thought that it was just one of those things. I contacted the company, stating upfront that I had worn the bra, removed the tags and laundered it. I received a canned response EBY would be happy to assist me with a return or refund. The package needed to be unopened. The garment unworn. The tags attached. How would one know if it fits if the package isn’t opened? How would one determine if the garment fits if the bra is unworn. I went back to the website to search for their return policy. I never found one and gave up after about 5 minutes of reading and searching. I did read about how the company was founded. The “good work” they do by supporting micro finance in countries like India. I read about the mentorship between the former head of Victoria Secret and EBY’s founder. I read about the inspiration received from Deepak Chopra. All very interesting, very inspirational and very detailed. Nothing about how they back up their product. Nothing I could find about service after the sale. So now I’m left with a bra that will unravel and deteriorate with any further wear. If you like the idea of supporting people less fortunate than yourself and you want to make your buying power go further. A go buy a sports bra or a wireless bra from Target or Walmart. The Wacoal brand is not totally unfortunate. And if you don’t like it you can take it back and get a FULL REFUND. Then give the difference between what you spent at Walmart or Target to a charity that speaks to your ideals. Don’t waste your money, time and frustration on an inferior garment from a company that doesn’t back their product and provides no service after the sale.
