All an employer needs to know is that if you get high then you dont need a job. You obviously to stupid to do the requirements in my shop if you think its ok to be high on anything. In my shop you get high you leave. That includes marijuana or alcohol or any drug. I dont need you holding up the decent people trying to make a living here.

I would love to see Employer Provided Insurance begin to offer Health Insurance Premium discounts for improving and maintain Biometric Screening results in normal ranges. Everyone believes these are out of our control, but that just not true. I failed every category except HDL for nearly 20 years.
