Hi ify, so there are 3 meals I know you can make with moringa leaves. I'm from plateau state and we call it zogale(moringa leaves) .... You can either make kodo(local salad), moringa soup or moringa porridge so please let me know which of the recipes you'll like to try so I can send it to you.

They are absolutely delicious when added to okra. No need to chop, just pluck wash and add to the okra 2 mins b4 taking off the fire or add and turn off the heat. It doesnt require cooking. It last very long when you pick it and keep in ziploc in vegetable section of your fridge. I still have fresh green moringa leaves from 6 months ago. Truly a miracle plant. I love it.
