What is the tool that is used about 20 seconds into the video to thread the vertical shaft piece in? Can it be purchased or is it a service agent only type tool? I need to take my polisher apart to repair.

Doing this without water will KILL you I was setup up by my boss the dust is most toxic dust on the planet with no treatments no cure look up silicosis before you mess with concrete I wish I would have know I worry everyday I will die on front of my family because of this. And you need a respirator and a water hose..

How does this help us?! You want your customers to disassemble their tools? I, too, bought a pneumatic sander/polisher (GPW-211) and it worked great for the first day. A week later and NOTHING. What's wrong? Your owner's manual is the smallest I've ever seen, with NO useful information, troubleshooting guide, etc. And nothing online.

Milwaukee sds Plus rotarry hammar much faster than this. I've use 25mm bit in 4inch masonary wall, less than 30 seconds to go through. This drill not about fastest rotation, but impact power.
