For last pranayamas are called 1.) anulom vilom and the other is called bharmari if anyone wondering. Good for breathing difficulties and mental issues as far as i am heard.

Yes.. u are correct. These breathing techniques are respectively called 1. Adham Pranayama 2. Anuloma viloma (simple variation is called Nadi Shodhan) and 3. Bhramari😊

Hii ma'am, i tried this But when i sniff the water in it doesn't come out from other nostril ,but it did come from throat,is that normal?? Also while sniffing the water i felt something in my head , it feels like the water is finding it's way to my head, is that normal?

Thats completely normal.. water can either come from another nostril or can go in abdomen or it may come out from same nostril. There is no space for it to go in head. So don't worry. That's the fear we have.

Hi. Do you sniff the water in through the nostrils I.e. use a little force to suck/diff the water in ?

Yes . We have to sniff the water inside as if we are drinking water through our nostril.
