I’ve recently gotten stung by a Bee, first time in years. I was mowing my yard as usual & felt severe pain, then looked down & saw a Bee with that string attached to its belly & felt sad that the Bee was going to die bc it stung me. My ankle, foot & leg continue to swell & burn but I still feel worse for the Bee. What if I accidentally stepped on its mate & that’s why it stung me in return or something? 😭😭😭

I got stung by a bee once when trying to move it on a leaf away from the sidewalk and I thought it was a glitch because the stinger just didn't go into my skin fully and it dropped onto the floor when I touched it. RIP that bee :'(
