Ive just bought this controller, although cannot seem to work out the sound. If I click internal mixer on rekordbox I loose sound but the mixer works. If I click external mixer the sound works and then I loose the mixer….wtf?

What is with these krk set up tutorials not showing how to setup the crossover or even explain anything about it but making long videos showing how to plug in a cable nobody needs a guide for that wth is wrong with people 😂

This set up is usefull for improve the sound, becouse the dac procesor its better on the focusrit than in the flx4?? In this case a external DAC should be better than interface??

Thanks. It should be the same if i try to introduce an external ifizen DAC? I willing to improve the quality sound with the dac but still use internalflx4 dac for headphones. Is it right?

Can you help me because I have the exact same set up almost. For some reason when I plug my headphones into the DDJ-Flex4, I cannot hear anything playing through my headphones even with the CUE on.

If you use this setup, the audio signal from the headphones will be out of sync compared to the audio signal going through the usb --> focusrite --> monitor chain. Please update your guide because this does not work.

Does this also mean that your 2 focusrite inputs are free for whatever you wanna plug in there, and it all seamlessly will go through your speakers?

@@deez_gainz yep those inputs will be use able but you will probably have to go into settings/preferences and select the inputs in order to use them🤘🏼

For example i see you plugged it through type c cable into your pc right? Can i connect numark platinum that is with usb cable just plug into pc get the power to it and use my focusrite instead of mixers rca cables into my speakers?

It sounds like to me that should work as long as ur dj controller has that output on it.

Also make sure that in rekord box or Serato or whatever program ur using, that in the setting preferences you have the audio interface selected as the output device. I have a link for that video in the description if you want to check it out🤘🏼

@@BDKProd I haven’t had any lag with my headphones so I’m not too sure what the issue is there. My guess is it’s not actually delayed but that their tracks are off beat on the grid and need to be remapped. I’ll probably make a vid on that soon too, it’s pretty easy to fix.

When I try to play the song through the speakers connected to the PC, I hear the sound delayed in the headphones connected to the FLX4. There is no delay when I connect it via RCA. Is it normal to be like this? (I checked the latency settings in software)??

Hey, thanks a lot for the video, but could you share how does your audio settings in rekordbox looks like (and maybe also settings on your mac itself if it makes any difference)? I'm having problems with connecting my headphones to the FLX4 and using the Cue button, it doesn't seem to do anything, eg. it still plays the track from the monitors in same volume but I don't hear anything coming out of my headphones. Interesting that the subwoofer 🔊 uses 4 balanced audio cords. I am new to this as this would be what I upgrade my studio monitors to. I would like some classic 8s and the 8.4 woofer. I also have a similar scarlet interface ❤

Nice 👍🏼 yep it’s pretty straight forward if ya think bout it, a left side cord and a right side cord from the left and right output jacks from the interface that then go into the sub, then left side cord and a right side cord from the sub that then go to the left and right speakers🤘🏼

How do you CUE incoming track from your Dj Controller with your headphones? I cannot pickup sound from headphones once I've pointed Rekordbox to use the audio interface. The headphone jack on the audio interface simply plays what's coming out of my speaker.. not CUE

To hear the cued tracks you’ll have to use the headphone jack on the controller itself

@@desoxx be sure the cue button is lit up and on the same track. Also make sure the volumes are turned up and the trim is turned up on the same track
