Gourmet cookies can be messy when packaging because of smearing but here are a few things that I do which helps tremendously 1. Depending on you use to decorate your cookies, chocolate, biscoff spread etc, the time it takes to solidify differs. Chocolate is quicker whereas biscoff takes a little longer so I always bake my biscoff cookies first. 2. I always pop in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes after they've been decorated, or drizzled with the spread to help it solidify quickly. 3. I package my chocolate ones first while the biscoff is in the fridge 4. I use a thong to pick up the cookie when placing it in the bag. 5. I use a bag that's wide enough but not too big to help make it easy to get the cookie in them. Hope these tips help. let's know if you have any tips or questions. They look good but here’s a brownie recipe: Bowl 1: ~ 115g melted unsalted butter ~ 30g coco powder ~ 100g brown sugar ~ 100g caster sugar ~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ~ 1 tsp espresso ~ 2 eggs Bowl 2: > 100g all purpose flour > 20g bread flour > 1/2 tsp baking powder > pinch of salt Don't forget your chocolate !! (150g chocolate) Instructions: • Preheat oven to 180° 1. Mix bowl 1 ingredients together 2. Mix bowl 2 ingredients together then add them to bowl 1 3. Gently fold together and then fold in the chocolate 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes Enjoy your brownies ^^
