i hate to say it but, i hate it when your doing the work of telling the couple how to pose and then the photographer just comes and takes the photo without any effort, she pretty much is waiting for you guys to tell the couple how to pose just to take the photo

Epic! When shooting outside in sunlight, obviously you are using a filter but as per the exposure for example like in the dancing scenes where the sun was flaring in the lense and that, how do you set the exposure but of course as you move it will affect the exposure. Do you just set it low enough so that the brighter parts aren’t too exposed and the later in post you brighten then shadows or mid-tones a bit to balance it out?

I feel like I massively beefed my last wedding. The video was alright, I just missed so many good opportunities because I shot it all solo. I'm about to shoot my first one with an assistant and I wanted to completely rethink how I shot weddings and this video is a massive help. It's been incredibly helpful seeing how relatively minimal y'all's setup is. I've been running around with a gimbal with a follow focus and Ninja V and external battery and mic and timecode and blah blah blah, and you've just got your camera sitting on the gimbal getting beautiful shots. The efficiency is really inspiring. Thanks y'all!

I noticed you don't have the classic "party" music like most wedding videos do for the reception dance time. do you feel that lyrical songs have more emotional connection to the couple, or was it just for this film? thought it was well done!
