I'm not even a DD fan but damn, John Taylor is a beast. Great band as well to be fair. Simon Le Bon sounds great too. Wait maybe I am a fan? 🤣

I basically like everything J. Mascis has ever done. In a modern sense, the closest one to Neil Young we shall ever see.

@@djefferson5669 At least I can express thoughts without regional colloquialisms. Besides, it doesn't make me ignorant to be bored by generic guitar solos, but it makes you boring for liking them. I welcome you yo go listen WH play as many guitar solos as you want, and to believe you're an interesting and informed person for doing so.

I’m surprised Warren wasn’t playing slide. I don’t doubt he could have here; dudes a master musician. I sorta get Willy’s point, as Warren isn’t as fuzzed out as some of the other guests. Dude is probably the best player of everyone, though.
@prescotian15006 ай бұрын
Warren Haynes Solo on this song is amazing and far from generic. He is playing completely out of his normal genre and is killing it. His playing on Cortez the Killer is breath taking. Give the him some respect he played with the Allman Brothers, The Grateful Dead, and co wrote a Garth Brooks hit. Punk rock isnt his norm
