Generally speaking, handlers should be in all-white for breed inspections. The point is to keep the focus on the horse and not the handler, so you shouldn't wear "fancy" clothes. Occasionally when I'm working specifically for a breeding farm at an inspection or if I'm at a breed show, I'll wear other colors if they're provided by the farm as part of a team uniform kind of thing. But you never want to go like blingy or high-fashion kinds of things like you see in the western showmanship world. Regardless, whatever you wear should be comfortable enough to run in.

Yes, you and your horse absolutely can! Focus on the basics, and ride with accuracy, and ANY horse can make it to FEI levels. Keep going!
