3mm stubby jazz 3s on anything from .07 to .09 strings. I love the slightly rounded edge on the stubby picks, helps to kind of glide between strings. The absolute lightest I will go is 1mm, but even then that is really too thin for me. I also play very hard.

Those chord charts confused me really) I am used to see charts vertically oriented. And when it’s some horizontal tab - lower thicker string is at the bottom, as in classical notation. Maybe it’s just me, but that felt unnatural )

It all comes down to the makeup of the wood. Electric guitars make their sounds thru their pickups. Acoustics make their sounds because the top is vibrating. And different woods vibrate in different ways. Shoot two pieces of wood from the exact same tree can sound different. It all depends on the wood.
