My friend purchased this pattern but the side piece is the wrong length. We asked Soonjoo about it and she confirmed the size in the pattern "is correct" but I'm glad we made a test backpack first... she is WRONG. If you want to be successful in making this take off about 5.5 inches from the side piece.

I love these ideas! for the strappy tank, I would attach the back of the straps first, making sure to get the angle you want. Then you can customize the length of the straps to fit as you place the straps in front.

Tonight I discovered this design;worn by Boddie’s mother Sharon. I instantly knew this cut would work well with my own body shape and is a. Retro design from my high school days. I’ve been trying to keep the image alive till I got home and could sketch it out from memory. As youth it was a must to design my own cuts to. Fit me exactly are utilized, waxed paper, tracer, and imagination to hand create my own custom that shirts of the halter tops worn in the late 70s. I sincerely wish I had kept some of those outfits as no one would believe that I did that myself, only using imagination , knowing it was simply a figment of my imagination. You have been a blessing, laying this out with the exact measurements ; some collector T-shirts from the New Orleans, Jazz and Heritage festival as a volunteer or a patron. Friends are furious that I want to cut them up into whatever I came up with as I do not wear T-shirt , and they take up entirely too much room, whether they’re folded rolled, twisted or tie-dyed. The T-shirt Re-Birth was a must. 😮

You are ‘sew’ creative and fabulously talented! ❤ Loved this video and will make the one where you made large arm openings glued at the bottom. And I love the idea to twist before you glue. I might also make the one where you twist the back to switch where the shoulders connect (the black one). I will be sewing mine as I am a sewist. ‘Sew’😅 it will be easy enough for me to adapt these instructions. Finally, I would love to see a tutorial on oversized T-shirts where you enlarge the neck opening ‘sew’ that the shoulder hangs off one side. Something pretty that I could wear to the gym. I have a lot of T-shirts with great artwork and messages, but I hate the way regular tshirts look on me. ‘Sew’ I’m looking for ways to make them cuter! Many thanks! 👏 🙌🏾 💃🏾
