Ok first of all, I wanted to thank you especially for watching this whole thing through. I really appreciate it cuz you commented on so many of the episodes, and that doesn't happen a lot when I do these playthroughs haha Secondly, IKR! And it's possible that the vagueness of her death is what the devs want us thinking about going into the 3rd game. I remember playing the OG and trying to find any possible means of getting aerith back in the party, but unfortunately, absent any glitches, that just isn't possible. I'm sure the devs are fully aware of Aerith's popularity and importance, so its definitely not outside the realm of possibility of her coming back tangibly. Speculation is fun. Also, enjoy the heck out of the OG 7. I love the remakes, but the OG is so special to me that I'm confident the remakes won't ever surpass them in my heart 😅

And yo the OG is so damn good so far!! I’m at cosmo canyon currently and got Yuffie just before getting there you can imagine I lost my mind as soon as I got her 😂 my personal favorite ff7 character.

I hated the 3D showdown at the end lmao. The coliseum match sucked don't get me wrong, but I enjoy fighting so that at least tempered the frustration I had. The 3D fight had no redeeming quality for me and was just all around awful lmao 😂

Turned out I didn't need to replay the nibelheim section. I just needed to do one more tifa focused sidequest to get her. I just didn't realize it till after spending 4 hours replaying the section lmao 🤣

@@danielfabian2545 it should be fine. But also the type of TV you use may affect the input delay. Although most modern monitors/TVs today dont really have that problem anymore.

Oh EASILY fort condor was so much worse. My experience with gears and gambits comes up in a few episodes, and i complain a lot less about it 😂. I think its cuz the gambits remind me of FFXII which i actually had a blast playing through, so it didnt feel as bad. Plus you can have the game set your gambits for you, and boy does that make stuff a lot easier. That being said, both are such a hassle, and 10/10 would not wanna do it again under normal circumstances lmao

@@UG_Commentaryhonestly yeah your right fort condors WAY worse and you know what I give more points to gears and gambits because the storyline was actually worth it for the cool backstory stuff with the other avalanche members it was way worth it! Oh and when it comes to not doing them again hehe ummmm I think we might have to do them both on hard if we want 100% 🙂 yay

I think I eventually swapped it out, but I didn't know that's how the earings worked. I always thought it meant that equipping it would allow you to use the materia in its maxed out level. Like you still had to use to equip the materia, and not only equip just the earrings hahaha

Its sooo good!! This and Cosmo Canyon were may favorites in the game!

Depends on how you define “fun”. If you consider spending 40-50 hours grinding tirelessly through numerously dated minigames fun, then i guess this quest will be for you. But if you’re a normal person in a healthy mental state, yeah this is not fun at all lol

Oh boy the things I went through just to get tifa as my number one... Well, at least its a good thing that it won't matter anymore after you finish the game :D

Easily one of the funnest characters to use and I definitely love the energy she brings too!

I share your sentiments with Fort Condor (wholeheartedly) and QB to an extent. QB does get tedious, but at least I have a little bit more control over the outcome so it never really rubbed me the wrong way. I do give up on it later into the game tho, but I still couldn't get past each region without completing all the world Intel objectives 😅
