I recently bought a custom made Venus dressage saddle and I love It, but a wrong gullet plate was incorporated (34 instead of the 32 stamped on the saddle) and caused my horse an open wound on the withers. Thanks to my saddler and Prestige distributor this error was corrected. But no appologies from the brand....
