Hello, I am 17 weeks pregnant and discovered I had small bleeding inside my uterus in the eighth week. In the tenth week, I began spotting daily until the fourteenth week... On 14 weeks, I had a very heavy episode of bleeding that only lasted while I was sleeping. When I awoke, I immediately consulted my doctor, who prescribed some medication to stop the bleeding and a progesterone injection for three days. This happened earlier... But after that, I resumed spotting, and Singh subchironic's heamatoma has grown significantly... Then I was suggested usg at the 16th week, and there is a moderate level of SCH, which the doctor said will come out occasionally, so do not worry. My next usg will be at 20th week and I am hopping sch will go itself. I am on complete bedrest and this helps me to reduce size of sch from large to moderate. This entire episode is extremely depressing, and I am unable to enjoy my pregnancy..

I did these exercises and at the appointment the week of my induction/pending c-section my doctor said the baby’s head was back down! I was able to deliver naturally.
