This took me on a journey of emotions. I began to weep when it first started, and then witnessed the calm and healing that started to wash over me. This was deeply healing.. I felt so many stuck emotions surface and dissipate. The heaviness that I wasn't even aware of being there, transmuted to peace. I sit here, smiling with contentment & gratitude. Aho for this blessing.

I am always struck by how many people have similar feelings when they view it, especially the first time, myself included. Suffering is part of this world, and a means for spiritual growth. We seek to relieve others of suffering but it is in the Real Realm that we find all questions answered and safety attained forever.

it’s been 25 years since I spent 2 peaceful weeks listening and sitting with our beautiful teacher (Thay) and walking in meditation with him and the monks and nuns of Plum Village. I’ll always remember 4am bell and sunflowers in silent walking meditation to dharma talks. This bell and short video bring me back. Thank you Thich Nhat Hahn for BEing 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

I heard this for the first time last Sunday, in a wonderful shop in Glastonbury, Somerset. Had to ask the shopkeeper what it was as Shazam wouldn't work, and I now ensure I listen to it at least once a day. Beautiful piece.

Inner tingling followed by inner peace. Science is now begining to understand the power of vibration and sound. They believe the pyramids were built using sound to lift the giant blocks and put them in place. It's said the pyramids were power generators. I wonder if it was a combination of vibration and electromagnetism.

In heaven they hear and on earth I declare, i surrender my humanness and the breath within to you. Every prayer and the words I form with energy and life inside and all around me is for 🇵🇸 today, tomorrow, and as long as the sun sets and the moon rises. As long as countries remain and life continues in every form. Gods of the universe and the gods they worship, beam me up if that’s what it takes to stop more babies from being massacred. I am not that old but have loved and lived enough to understand life. I am alive. And that is why I can feel. I can feel food in my system, air in my lungs, the cracks on my lips and the language on my tongue. I have been in love and and with love I continue to love. Beyond time, chemicals, space, sound and science. I more than just love today. Any amount of peace this video brings me….i donate it with more life within me to the angels of Gaza. People are murdered and shredded as i type this.
