How do you carry them if not using? Prayer bracelets you put on your wrist. But a long prayer rope? 100 knots or more?

Hey just a question I’m just a regular orthodox Christian can I make a prayer rope myself with any material?
@orthodoxprayerropes613416 күн бұрын
Yes, make sure you’re in good standing with the church with nothing on your conscience and ask your priest for a blessing if you want to be certain! But anyone can make a prayer rope.

I received the most beautiful prayer necklace about a year ago during God's Grace in me being reborn. It was very inexpensive but a most cherished item to help me. I believe it was God sent for me to find and receive it. When it showed up there was something very special about that entire moment, the cross and rope formed a heart that warmed my heart as I first laid eyes on it. Thank you for the skill care and diligence in creating them. I had no idea how impacting it would. E on .e and have used it daily since. Im not even sure it was from you, but that does not matter. Thank you for aharing, God is good, much love to all!!❤❤

Aveți cumva un film în care exemplificați cu șnururi de culori diferite? Ar fi mai ușor pentru noi, cei care vrem sa învățăm. Mulțumesc.

Ok this is something else! 😮 Wow ... im not Orthodox yet but i am interested. I was baptized in the Lutheran Church but before that i was Muslim. Did you know there is a quran verse about trying to protect oneself from "the knots people blow on"? These prayer ropes must be so powerful that they were considered something to be scared of and need protection from! I never knew what that even meant... i thought it was something illogical to fear knots lol... now i know the Christian Orthodox were packing a lot of heat with their prayer ropes that Muhammad was struggling to ward off the mass exorcism! 🔥 Thank you so much for sharing this!❤

I used to be a crystal meth addict, and ended up in a Christian treatment centre. Once you graduate the program you get to put a quote for a week on a big monitor above the dining area. I considered my continual conscious unity to God to be my greatest life transforming advice. So I put: “Rejoice Always, pray without ceasing, and be thankful in all circumstances.” 1 Thess Now I’m 7 years clean, and converted to orthodoxy. This message is so beautiful. ☦️ ❤

But when we don't know how or what to pray for God gave us the Spiritual language" which is praying in "tongues". The enemy fight us to stop by not believing this was given to the believers. Read the end of Ephesians 6.

Hi NOT BIBLICAL! ORTHODOXY WORSHIPS QUEEN OF HEAVEN! Shalom to us ONLY in Christ Yeshua PRINCE OF PEACE returning soon to fulfil the feast of Tabernacles by reigning over His Creation on David’s Throne from Jerusalem forever to the glory of God The Father !

Catholicism has its own myths, Mormons have their own myths, Israelites have their own myths. NO ONE is here claiming the story of the Monk is biblical. If you weren't so ignorant of your own religion, you would know that Virgin Mary was known by EVERY christian as "the Queen of Heaven" in the Middle Ages, a tradition carried to this day in the Assumption of Mary myth and an over 1000-year-old tradition of painting Mary with blue robes, representing her status as the mother of the one and only king of Heaven in flesh (hence the legible queen of Heaven, like many mothers of earthly kings were at that time by aiding their sons to rule over the throne). This term of "the Queen of Heaven" has NOTHING to do with the the false god that is referred to in the book of Jeremiah. You might as well be saying that God made rainbow the symbol of his covenant because he likes gays 🙄

Wow, the color is awesome! Where do you get wool like that? I've looked everywhere for a good brand and type of yarn. What would you suggest?
@orthodoxprayerropes61344 ай бұрын
The yarn in this video isn’t in stores anymore because the company went out of business - there is another company in Greece making wool for prayer ropes called Molokotos yarn with great colors.
