Ingredients: • 3 cups self-rising flour @whitelily • 1/2 cup honey (divided into 1/4 cup portions) @carmichaelshoney • 1 can (12 ounces) strawberry beer @abitabeer • 1/4 cup melted butter or oil • 1 egg • 1 cup chopped strawberries @driscollsberry • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract • 1 pack Lux strawberry glaze @luxdrymixes • 1/2 cup heavy cream • 1 pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a bread pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and 1/4 cup of honey. 3. Add the strawberry beer, melted butter or oil, egg, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup of honey over the top of the batter. 5. Bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. For the glaze: 7. In a small bowl, whisk together the Lux strawberry glaze, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt until smooth. 8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread before serving. Enjoy your delicious strawberry beer bread with Lux strawberry glaze!

SIMPLE TOSS TOGETHER MEALs are my favorite on a busy week! One stop shop @albertsons.la Parchment paper lined pan for little to no clean up. Chop gold potatoes @albertsons.la Chop colorful mini peppers @albertsons.la Toss on some @rabideauxssausage smoked sausage Bake at 425° for 35 minutes! Enjoy!

Ill be sharing! So far shes been asking to play reading games and plays on words. Her reading has increased ten fold this summer so she kinda confused me on that but i think the fear of the unknown, too!

@@Yourlearningbox hi, I'm glad to hear that...We're doing well thank you for asking! Our son is a pretty good reader, but he struggles when he sees new words that he can't read immediately and gets frustrated, though he usually moves on and continues to learn. We do have a channel too by the way and will be sharing our progress soon if you'd like to watch sometime.
