You show good control. I’d be lost. You’re very focused. Love your style. Lovely❤

Shame this isn't available as a standalone, individually priced. I don't want, and can't, afford to pay £14 a month, but I would pay for the occasional session like this one. I don't particularly like working from books either, so that's not really a good alternative for me personally. Lovely work though.

Good quick color comments. I love that he doesn't take up hours of your time and he gets right to it! I'm looking for a good green or green mixture that glows and does not dull when it's dry for nature, floral. Preferably more transparent than opaque.

I love your work. I intend to start experimenting with water color. Literally decades ago... (50 years) I enjoyed working with art and I want to start again. I love the intensity of your painting and am watching your videos for inspiration. Thanks!

Thanks Tom. Your paintings are beautiful and I love the way you try to simplify the process.i am trying to get my head around wildlife painting, a limited palette and all its complexities.

I love that you have chosen an elephant. To me “watercolour painting” is a huge elephant. I keep trying to understand pieces of it; colour, brushstroke, edges, composition… until you can put them all together, you just can’t understand the elephant. You seem to understand him pretty well!

Haha thank you!! Love this comment. Focusing on them indivisible helps, and eventually they all come together. I often liking to learning to drive (particular manual gears)…there’s a lot to think about at once. And enevitsbly in focusing on area yiu neglect the other - ie going to change gear we forget to steer or check out mirrors - in painting we focus on colour mixing or paint consistency and forget about drawing and tone etc Eventually certain things become second nature, and it all comes together :) Keep going!!:)

Thank you Tom, for this great video. l am new subscriber of your channel. Holbein is my first watercolor set, before discovering QOR, but l still using Holbein. Now, l would like to do some testing for the warm and cool primaries, 2 quick questions…. is Phthalo Blue Green Shade is cool blue or the Yellow Shade is better? What is best substitute for Prussian Blue, as l read they are fuigitive color.
