I don't keep track when making blankets. But it would depend on how many colors you'd want to use for yours

This is absolutely beautiful. I was looking for a different pattern and came up on this one. It's great and I love the being and I like how it comes out so strong and the shape is lovely. I didn't think it would work with two differences yarns, but it did. Thank you for sharing!!!!😊

Hey if i am using the same color how do i continue without cutting the yarn?

I would still follow the steps with the same color, if eliminates seams within your blanket. But if you want to continue without cutting, you'd just SL ST to finish the current row. Then make CHs with the same color to start the next row. Hope this helps! 💕🫶
