I have been going through all this and just started my appeal for a year and a half this all started out with I broke my neck in a limp in my right leg well now I can barely walk I have very limited use of my right arm my shoulder hurts my neck hurts constantly and I have migraines Non-Stop and I'm tired of the goddamn pain but nobody will do a damn thing to help me
@JeffScott-l3xКүн бұрын
I feel like I'm being denied medical treatment by the social security cuz I have nothing they tell me to go to the doctor and I go to the doctor and they give me a handful of prescription and I don't have a penny to my name there's no way of me getting anything I can barely even walk to the damn doctor but yeah I'm supposed to be able to get all my prescription if I can do all that on my own I wouldn't be filing for social security

I just don't understand what is going on with these disability judges my son was diagnosed 2 years ago with chronic heart failure and cirrhosis of the liver he has been denied three times now I have 40 days for my son to apply for Social Security judge to review his claim what the hell am I supposed to do got a letter from them a year ago stating that if my son can move his arms and legs he can go to work he has lost all his muscle his breathing is just so low how in the hell is this supposed to work I am on Social Security and SSI have been paying his rent I stay with a dollar 15 every freaking month so you tell me what attorney is going to help my son they all say yes will help you and then when I call they say no I can't help you we have to start all over again the hell if I am it's going on 3 years now this is ridiculous I've seen people that say that they're receiving disability and there's nothing wrong with them I see him doing all kinds of things this is terrible give me an attorney that's going to help my son to receive his disability my son was in ICU n was denied. If my son should pass away I will bring charges to the Judge n SSA THAT I will do for my son😢❤

Hi Mrs. Cavey, thank you for the video! I have a quick question; I've been receiving SSDI for 2 year's, and just asked the SS admin when i cound expect my childrens benefits to start and they said that i never started the paper work. So i did that and they tried saying they sent me the paper work and i told them i gave them all the kids names and SS numbers back when i was awarded the SSDI. Then they said that for "some reason the claim was never follow through with" so i started another claim. My phone interview in for the end of February they said and now i have the confirmation letter stating such. So will i receive back pay dating back to the EOD? Thanks for any information.

People in Florida need to own the fact that they have…at best…celebrity congress members. Others disinterested- some of whom call Social Security an entitlement program. How is the office staffed in comparison to other states' offices? Logically, there’d be more representatives what with the number of retirees in Florida. Hearings should be teleconferences. Easier on everyone to include the security staff who have to go through all of that. More hearings can be accomplished over the course of any day, and why not Saturday, half day. Use modern day technology….zoom. Conducting hearings 7-7 weekdays will clear the docket as well as give the impression that things are changing for the better. Saturday hearings 8-12. Demonstrates due diligence. Install an office for voter registration on the same floor as SSA. Things might change for the better.

I am filing for SSI disability and my lawyer said that this FCE I’m about to do won’t be taken into consideration by the judge at the hearing they will only go with what my VA records show. The VA is sending me to the FCE test because they don’t do it on site. Is the attorney correct that the judge won’t look at the FCE notes?

My mother in law has dementia (pretty advanced) She's already collecting her SS retirement benefits (I think at 67 or maybe a little later- She's 85 now) Her monthly SS retirement benefit is pretty low. Is there a way to get an increase in her SS retirement benefit now that she has dementia (she was probably diagnosed when she was 78-80) Thanks
