The classic 70s Hasbro power Man Luke Cage goes with the new hasbro iron fist better then the modern Luke Cage power man because the modern one just looks like a black guy with regular clothes. And it can be anybody. Thats not known with so many bold headed black guys out there .

I just got mine in the mail from Wal-Mart and I'm pretty surprised that he's gray. I thought he was mostly white, giving him a Nimrod look (from X-men) which is what won me over. I do like to add to my G1 collection but not all of this Star Raiders lineup is all that impressing. So Filch is next.

You are exactly right my friend. As I said above it doesn't matter how great the toy is when you make it in the wrong scale.

This is a simple answer for me after a long time thinking about it and coming to my decision. The best figure of the two is Studio 86 Magnus in every way but one. The one way that it falls down to Kingdom Magnus is simply scale, SS86 does not look like it is even in the same line as the others including Rodimus Prime and Springer. So the simple answer is it doesn't matter how spectacular a figure is if it is in the wrong scale and that is why I still have Kingdom Magnus on my shelf. I am staff baffled by you giving scale to SS86 in the end but I still enjoyed the review.

I don't think it's a fair comparison, but while SS86 is a far superior figure, Kingdom isn't nearly as bad people want to say. Both figures do "what the original toy did" in different ways - SS86 can carry 4 cars on his back in truck mode, kingdom has the inner prime robot. Fans have pretty much demanded UM be able to do what the toy could do, favoring (stupidly in my opinion) the vehicle mode feature in that regard. SS86, again while technically superior has been designed with the vehicle as a priority over the robot, making him wildly out of scale in robot mode. He is based on the Masterpiece MP-21, but improved and smaller with 8 years of design improvements. The biggest issue with SS86 Ultra Magnus is how large he is. Ultra Magnus should not be taller than Grimlock, particularly in a line that emphasizes scale. Your scale comes down to preference, mine comes down to movie / show accuracy - and Kingdom wins in that regard. I'm not dumping either. I'm going to explain in my stop motion series how he goes from Kingdom to SS86 to make them both in scale, but 'on the shelf' he's too big next to the other figures.

I have all of these too . The Sasquatch wave Cable had to be fixed. The left arm fell off at the bicep joint when you tried to pose it in certain positions . I had to deepen the socket and it's fine now. Love the Juggernaut wave articulation . Still this new one is pretty nice .

I got these guys three days ago, and I was really excited for Zola. But when I got it, I was more impressed with the Heinreich figure, more than the Zola figure. I still love them both as I don't have any rendition of them in my collection. This set is a solid 9/10! If there was one thing I would've wanted in this set, would be fist hands for Zola.

the 97 headsculpts are great but they don't look anything like on tbe show, that kind of ruins the 97 figure for me, also the body is just weird, it has no shape too it, too simplistic

Awesome video, man! This is the comparison I've been waiting for. This is the definitive guide to ML Jack O' Lantern figures. Jack is one of my favorite lesser known villains simply because of how awesome he looks. And he looks good in every version. Spooky flaming pumpkin for a head will always be one of the coolest designs ever. As for the figures, as a kid I always wanted to get ToyBiz one, but I simply couldn't find him. Then I just considered him outdated and forgot about him. After this video I kinda want him again, partly to fulfill my childhood dream. I have the second one, from the Absorbing Man wave. It's a very frustraiting figure. Sure, he looks cool on the shelf but only as long as you don't touch him. And like you pointed out, his articulation isn't great. Yesterday I finally got the new Retro Jack O' Lantern and it feels like this is the one I always wanted. Even though I had to pay a little bit more than usual for him (ML are insanely overpriced in my country and just became slightly more expensive) I have no regrets. This is definitely one of the best figures in this year for me. No matter who else they make, Jack will always have a spot in my top 10 list for 2024.

Toybiz nightcrawler is better then these two new figures but the cartoon X-Men 97 is far better and pin less . Then the old Hasbro nightcrawler . It's the same Bucky cap mold but with some improvement. In My opinion
