This is honestly my favorite Raoul, Carbon is a close second but the thing that makes this one stand out to me is he has a unique design with the lines on the roof, just really makes him stand out. Also I know you said this race isn’t in Paris France, a part of still wishes it was, just to make this racing event stand out outside of paint differences.

I’m not a fan of Jackson Storm paint jobs in general, even his Cars 3 paint job. But this design is just super sick! I was upset they added him in the GRC but after seeing this design I can’t wait to get him.

Personally I think it's criminal Reg Tokyo Mater isn't back again, hopefully he gets like a 5 pack, but we aren't there yet for toons I also think it's weird no Yojimbo either since he is also the same as Yokoza and DJ, not my fav though so no biggie, Stripped Kabuto I assume is never coming back due to just, the name, unless they pull a 2024 and don't label the variant But enough on other Cars, Yokoza was so close to being good but his back ebing plastic shot him in the foot, a real shame because he's pretty decent, at least he serves as a psuedo Cars 2 item, that's the coolest part about him being back, weird he took so long compared to the other Cars 2 Tuners
