It is not uncommon for professional female teams to train against the male youth team. There's nothing wrong with it and isn't intended to prove point it just makes their training competative.

That goalkeeper is likely the only reason the women lost this game. Had she been a little bit better it would probably have been a draw, or at worst a one goal defeat.

The more women's football is exposed to men's football in matches like this the faster it will develop. Exposure is all it needs; it will take them places where coaching on its own can't.
