Yes. Had to use a gameshark code to do it since this game usually forces you to have at least one human player.

It's been a while since I recorded this but I believe in the version I used it was all 3 punches for color 3 and all 3 kicks for color 4. That may be wrong though.

Level 7 diff cpu stops at NOTHING to silence players. 8 is PAST rage quitting...very few try level 8 and they have lost a few rounds & NOT quarters.

Is the CPU vs CPU mode selectable from the multiplayer menu or is there a trick to get it? Haven’t tried this game yet

By default the game forces you to have at least one human player but I used a Gameshark code I found online that forces all players to be CPU.

It's the Japanese Sega Dreamcast version. It was the only SF2 version I could find that let me make 2 computer players fight in vs mode without hacking.

I used to make this on Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha on PSOne. I put CPU Level 8 and in versus mode choose CPU. It was good that I could change the camera angles during the fights. Man, that game is still awesome. In Street Fighter EX 2 it was impossible to change the camera angles, shame. There was'nt this option
