@@Luv2Huvr Cottonmouths are the most aggressive snake species and hard to spot. I have never seen a copperhead in Florida.

It’s plastic so it won’t set off the primer in the round ahead of it in the tubular magazine and flies like a conical bullet keeping a low drag coefficient and faster down range velocity while working like a hollow point for expansion.

I have 3 different holsters I use. First is a Kydex IWB from Badger Concealment. I got off Amazon. Second is leather Desantis I bought from Midway USA (my wife has that one now) The third is a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster that has a rubber, or grippy surface to keep it in your pocket or inside the waistband.

If you are asking about the perceived or felt recoil between the 9 & .380 ? They are very close. Of course 9 is a larger round but because the frame and grip are larger you have more to hold on to. They are close but the 9 is just a little more recoil.

Jim, I got the .22 Plinkster edition. Correct. However there is usually a note on the box saying, “subsonic tested out of a 4” barrel” A 16” carbine barrel may increase the velocity by 15%. I did not chronograph the different brands of ammo but I need to get one for comparison purposes on video. So what is labeled as subsonic out of a pistol may not be subsonic out of a carbine or rifle length barrel. This is evident if you watch and listen to video I made on comparing quiet 9mm ammo. The Mag Tech ammo that was labeled subsonic on the box was not subsonic out of my Sub 2000 and a loud crack can be heard.

@@Luv2Huvr I look forward to some day when I move to a free state. Getting a silencer for 9 mm, as well as 22LR, will be my biggest expectations. I believe your silencer will be especially good for (and appreciated by) any other family members, as well as pets of all sizes, in the case of home defense. The pets especially, huh?

@@mikem.2078Using a suppressor to teach someone first learning how to shoot a pistol is a great help. No earmuffs required. No loud report from the muzzle. I moved to AL from NY in 2003 after being furloughed by the Airlines. Life is more enjoyable with freedoms and the ability to protect yourself & family. Being a 90 minute drive from some of the best white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico is a plus. And I have never shoveled snow since I moved here!

First shots on the paper targets were 22 yards. (About 20m) After that I was aiming for a steel target at 65 yards (about 59m) but I missed.
