Great video! I'm gonna ask, in case we build our own hev car, can we have rpm sensor of internal combustion engine, so that rpm engine can match the electric motor rpm? Thanks for your answer!

When you have pouch cells is it really important to have insulation pads? In your example there are no isolation with the cold plate for the prismatic cells. My reasoning the pouch cells itself is insulated sufficiently thus not requiring further insulation.

There is a little mistake on the right side of the graph where the under voltage should show something around 2.7V instead of 4.2V in green

Sir i have a very basic doubt , does the motor draws different amps at different speed ? I mean based on the different speed required for the vehicle does the motor draws diff amps from a battery ? Like if the ev needs more speed then more amps will be drawn and if ev needs medium speed then the motor draws less amps from a battery ?
@rishikeshkulkarni702111 ай бұрын
No. The draw of the current by the motor is dependent on load. Basically how much torque you want to produce to overcome the road load. You should generally vary the frequency of the reference signal to change the speed of the motor. You can find more info on this if you look up "V/f" control
