Can I use d curls 15mm as spikes and d curls 13 mm as base

Yes the spikes will still show make sure spikes are on the top layer

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled Cynthia Yulesin’s Stop Sweating Today and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

I don't count strands but if the person has light short lashes I make my pull of strands lighter than normal

Wouldn't double dipping give more weight to the lashes?

Yes it does if I happen to do it I suggest only dipping one extra time anything after that toss the fan
