i want some help, i main rakan and i want to try a build with shield and heal items. there's a few I found that sound good like some that give attack speed and movement to allies when you shield them, and I tested it since rakan can do two shields on one or two allies and the items didn't have a cooldown when I used them. i can't find any videos on builds since I guess people don't build him that way
