Hi 👋. I try to first build good control using the right muscle groups. Ankle supplemented by movement of upper leg for the 180-220 BPM range. Higher tempo (current max is 235 BPM) use less movement, relax and more of a tappy kind of motion (shin muscle). Stamina is important too try to play you max speed as long as you can until failure.
