That is not the generally understood meaning for 'salmon run'. The salmon run is the time when salmon, which have migrated from the ocean, swim to the upper reaches of rivers where they spawn on gravel beds. It doesn't mean the route they take. So a video titled 'salmon run' is claiming to show salmon. This one shows the portion of the river where salmon make their run. It would have been better to show the fish leaping or swimming to illustrate a salmon run. But, you already knew that. ;)

He is not trying to show you the actual salmon. If you read he never actually stated that he would show you salmon. It says he will show you the salmon run built on the river and what it looks like. Please learn to read. Oh and great vid.

I intend to agree with you. You can't see the river and I don't believe the walls and embankments will stop a flood. The river will still have to get through Clonmel. We will have to wait for a flood to see what will happen.
