The stabbing FX you have come at bar 12 could be a long fade in. In the current state, it sounds like a short build up in the beginning but it's looped throughout the track. A long fade in of another 12 bars would lengthen your track and have a climatic ending. Either way, it's good. This just sounds like the second half of something more as is. It's really hard to be immersive with a short ambient track. It will leave the audience wanting to hear more of the story composed. I hope this helps.
