Use washing detergent and mix with water then apply to shoe let it soak and massage it into material with a brush then rinse and repeat and let it dry natural

It probably does work but most people don't have white leather so if you would use bleach it would probably bleach your leather to a different color I don't think that's a great idea to use on brown or black leather but I think it would work on white leather by the looks of it I wish you had something for other colors instead of white
