I have a jet nozzle in my spa that looks just line this but it is 9” across. Do you have any information on where I might get one of those or get parts to repair it because it’s not working.

I have a hot tub project. It was at our house when we bought it. The hot tub is in pieces. We're not sure what brand it is. We don't even know if the parts we have are for it. I just built a new surround for it. Now we're trying to figure out what we need to get it running. We're also interested in adding led lights and more jets. The tub does hold water. We really want to be able to start using it.

I just replaced the heater element and reconnected everything. Tub worked great for a couple of weeks then I noticed the electrical burn smell. Opened it up and both power points left and right are burned on the circuit board. Looks like the copper leads are toast as well and the heater point ceramics are burnt. Is this really from a poor tightening on the board and/or the heat element? The tub still worked but the damage looks like I need a whole heater assembly now and if I can't fix the circuit board that is a whole lot of money.

My toggle leaked at day one. Dissasembled, filed a groove deeper for one of the posts on the switch (filed the white cage) now the grey post sits flush. Prior it was protruding past the white cage and not allowing the clear seal to seal or the black flapper valve to seal. Heard air leaking out of the switch and air constantly flowing out of jets. Along with the switch feeling mushy. Thanks Spa Guy, saved me from having to deal with warranty B.S.!

Very Good Video. I have a Air Blower that looks like that one... cannot read the data plate due to fading. I cuts off after about 2 minutes of operation, never trips a breaker. Are there thermal overload devices inside of these air blowers?

I get the sn code on mine my spa does nothing no motor no nothing the jets click when i hit the button but the motor does nothing so i replaced both sensors an it does the same thing power on an nothing goes to pr for 5 min then 2 lines for a few min the says the temp of water an then sn code no motor turns on

How the hell do you get the bi pass valves out? Mines broken and I can’t get the thing out once unscrewed. Also if you have low flo (like mine) it could be this has broken and the flap is in the pipe.

(Filter canister) what would you think about using gaskets(maybe rubber) or plumbers putty for the underside ring nut and on topside lip where it sits on and maybe just a small amout of silicone added to it? when I pulled the old one out , it seemed to have either plumbers putty or a gasket. what are the pro's and con's

My friend! Recently my hot tub stopped heating. I confirmed the heater was OK and moved to the controller. O found that there was the same phase of 120V on both sides of the heater meaning no power to the heater. What would cause this? A bad relay or a bad solder joint? What is the easiest way to check/confirm? Where might a source a relay? Thanks!

I have an old Sundance Spa Lounger, The control circuit board motor jet relay got burned as well as the air blower motor. @220 -240 volts power to it ..and the water heater is sitting above the water pump..Will this Retrofit Modpack will work. The water heater has a stainless steel curbed tubing at inlet end ..It is 6kw High Flow heater on it.

I replaced the element in 2018. Now, the heater won’t heat and I saw the board is burned on the right side (like your example). If I do this jumper, should I also replace the element? The element lugs look clean.

In the process of replacing my swim spa pump (no.1) and discovered that both slice valves are not closing completely . Any advice on what that is ? Is the only solution for fixing it to drain the pool completely ? I was able to put in a 2" pipe gripper plug on on the inflow and outflow lines which enabled me to pull the bad pump without losing all the water from the pool . I usually drain the swim spa once a year to carry out routine maintenance and replace the water. What's the fix for the slice valve ?

Thank you for this video. Walked by my tub today and found a small puddle of water. Slow drip from one of these (replaced the whole control unit a few years back so it isn't that old... same control unit as this video I think). But I'll probably just order a new pair of split nuts and gaskets from your site to make sure it's good to go. I don't have valves on mine so I have to drain the whole tub to do this repair :(

The fuse to temporarily pull is F97, not J97 but that worked perfectly for me. Just replaced my battery and for some reason my radio console was completely out. This fixed it.... although now my SiriusXM is gone. Will address that w/ their customer service though. Thanks!!
