@@KiloWattRC 34 39. The funny thing is I did it twice!. 2 max4 and two 1100kv and two single smc! That's why I asked about the 1700kv rotor wrapped in metal

@@QZillasWorld that is way too much gearing for the speeds you were reaching. You were holding the motor back, which will only overheat the motor. 47 spur 30 pinion is a good area to run 1100kv on 12s.

If the lipos are fully dead (which you don’t want) it’ll store 10,000mah or whatever the lipo is rated for. If your lipo is down to 10% obviously you wouldn’t pump 10k mah into it when it still has 10%. Meaning the mah displayed on screen won’t match the LiPo. But add what’s in the LiPo to the number on screen and it’ll be right there. I’ve paid attention to mine and they are almost spot on, sometimes I get a little more or just a hair less depending on cell condition. So the lipos are correct in their mah numbers, at least in my case. Check it out. Also, never use fast charge. It doesn’t balance the cells 100% correct or fill up the lipo all the way. Use balance charge at 1.5a. Think of it like this. You have a fire hose (your charger on fast charge) and you have a 5 gallon bucket (your lipo) you turn the fire hose on full blast and try to fill up the bucket And when you think it’s full you turn it off. When you look at the bucket it is half full after all that. Now use a regular garden hose on a regulated setting now, fill the bucket. It’s slowly filling up the bucket and When it’s done it’s full. @KamikRC not sure that's correct in my case! They the same manufacturer. Ran both packs down to 3 or 4 percent! 6200mah pack put back 6600 mah. 10000 mah pack on put back 7200 that's way off. I can see maybe 1000 mah but 2500mah short is unacceptable! I've done it multiple times! And I always slow charge! Thx for watching!

Not really, If he has a 10,000 mah lipo and starts charging it at 10% life left that means he has 1000mah remaining in the LiPo. Now if he charges and puts in around 9000mah into it, his battery equals 10000mah. This is all depending on cell health, if his cells can charge to a full 4.2v or not. If his cells can’t hold 4.2 then he won’t get the numbers listed because his cells are going bad/not holding full capacity. Try it for yourself, all my hoovoo/maxamps/smc etc lipos are spot on if not just a hair over/under. Which makes the advertised mah capacity true. I hope this makes sense, I broke it down as simple as I could.

@@QZillasWorld ahh gotcha! I’ve heard that issue with Vitavon wheels a few times. That’s why I haven’t gone that route. I still have MX43’s but use the nylon wheels I’ll try to get it posted Saturday sometime. Been super busy with work, prepping my cars for Proline By The Fire and waiting for my recording equipment to come in. I honestly haven’t ran my Kraton since putting in the Max5 G2 in except for the teaser I posted when it’s doing donuts.

@@QZillasWorld oh, I’ve never had that issue with my tires on the Proline wheels. Running a max4 and a tp power 990kv going 82mph running 23/25 mod 1.5 gears. Only issue I’ve had is cracking a wheel from jumping it. I have an early video up from when it had my old system in it.
