kill a wither it spawns in raids from rogue hideout and all the ones after it and it appears in the desert idk the chances

it’s actually good when you do havoc and calamity when you got the inferno buff when you use piercing strike on the rune, it can do 2.5trillion damage so it’s good

insa can do 1t with only calam and havoc 💀 same with blizz. it’s not worth it.
