OMG where do I even start? 37.5C is 99.5F, which is considered a low grade fever so probably not the most comfortable temperature. As for the humidity, when sweat evaporates it lowers the skin temperature but when the moisture is removed this cooling effect is gone. Please consider adding scientists to your marketing team.

I have a few bones to pick with 37.5, or call it constructive criticism. I gave 37.5 2 chances as I hate Gore, Columbia bought and killed outdry, and Neoshell and power shield pro are very limited in options. I also wanted to support a local company, Homeschool. So I bought some Homeschool 2.5l 15k/30k gear that was a polyester face. The nap of the fabric wasn’t hard enough per my liking for Oregon cascade snow gear. So the dwr sucked pretty bad from the get go and it only took a few large bottles of revivex per garment to make it about 90% of what it should have been brand new. Next mistake. I bought some 20k/20k stretch shell from Ride Outerwear and from Evo. The dwr was laughable and it would wet out if a glass of water looked at it. The jacket is also laughably thin and frail. It will take 3-4 large Revivex bottle per garment to make it good enough for cold Mt Hood days, and that’s not often. The jacket is so weak it had a bad tear from wearing it in a makeup store(ulta) just following my girlfriend around. So I contact evo and they tell me call Ride and we’re difficult. Ride took months to respond and told me to work with you or evo. I contacted you multiple times with no response. So I’m going to trash the gear as quick as I can. Probably 5 days on the hill. I can see where 37.5 could dent into Gores empire but you gotta get the f’ing basics right. Make sure your gear is stout enough for its intended purpose. Also make sure that your claimed dwr of 80/20 is actually achieved. Brand new 80/20 should appear as water repelling magic, not something barely better than a polyester tee shirt. Dwr is where your money is made. That initial sink and rain test is what makes your customers loyal and also keeps your coconut fibers in the game by preventing wet out. You also have people doing reviews that don’t understand that you make a wpb laminate, which is laughable. Feel free to contact me so I can give you some ideas to better your product. Or just hire me as your product development specialist and quality control head and you’ll be kicking Gores ass in no time. I would love to spend big bucks on First Lite gear, but no way in hell I’d wear it for backcountry hunting if it’s as bad as my snowboarding gear*

Tell me if I'm wrong because I'm not a climber and definitely not experienced in this field, however I am an avid supporter of the sport - isn't something like a cliff pop up shop be more suited to a longer climb where people will actually need worn out gear, refreshments etc rather than just 300ft? Like I said tell me if I'm wrong I just see this as a little pointless on something this size

Would have been a better demonstration if tested against another fabric such as cotton, polyester, merino wool etc., instead of an empty chamber.

I want to create a brand but with your materials. I want to put a inspirational quotes on every shirt from real leaders. For example one T-shirt will read - Always remember you have within you the strength, the patient, and a passion to reach for the stars to change the world. Harriet Tubman

they say also the armpits do not smell after using it , like the merino t shirts which dont work at all, eather cocona. very disapointed, i spend nearly 200 bucks for both items... for nothing... is just like a cheap 1 dollar t shirt.... nothing special...

Interesting. But does it work the same way at normal body temperatures? Your hot plate is at 104º -- is that in ºC or ºF? If it's Celsius, wouldn't that make the water turn to vapor and escape much more aggressively than if it were say 35ºC, like someone's body when they are running hot?

@@rickittyrickith7028 Simple. In the army I did not have a choice, I hate edges and I always seem to be an inch or two too damn short to reach that hole or ledge I need to get a hold off. I'm not comfortable on a rock face, I would rather hang off the side of my motorcycle instead!!

What are the "natural materials" that the 37.5 is made out of?
@37.5technology57 жыл бұрын
Hey Praveen - that is a great question! The answer is activated carbon from coconut shells and volcanic sand.
