I believe that the Feds leaked the video to CNN. It was reported that Diddy paid $50,000 to the hotel to get the footage (But they also gave Cassie a copy). If Cassie had released it on her own, she would have been in violation of the NDA that you KNOW she had to sign to get that 24 hour settlement from Diddy. No. I think the Feds got a hold of that video when they raided Diddy's homes, and I think they leaked it to CNN as a prelude to a forthcoming indictment.

This is a good video you really said it accurately and not biased, it is crazy though how the documentary comes out and the whole thing's there for people to watch as many times as they want and they still mislead themselves that's the crazy part, but it takes a lot of ignorance to continue that narrative and the mindset that these people have, they know the truth and they still avoid it, Brian Peck is truth and people avoid him for some reason, it's all about Dan I hate knowing Brian is walking free and Jason handy is doing time for nothing physical with a child but still a disgusting crime, when Brian admitted to physically doing these things with Drake so that man needs to be in prison that should be the focus and the lesson learned after the documentary series, and Open Secret said it best, although they had a pedophile being interviewed during that documentary I was surprised they let that happen

The thing is is that people have it out for him so bad they take clips from behind the scenes and just modify them with creepy music and creepy captions, to make them look creepier, but there's really not much people can literally say he is guilty for because nobody knows the mindset of anybody from those days, that's the truth, they could have all been having fun and Dan got the s*** end of the stick and got his life ruined because of rumors, and now the dude is suffering for it that could be also another reality. Like nowadays you can't even say the guy's name or you're thrown out of the church type narrative is just so strong, for someone that is the least of their worries, he's getting too much energy I don't think his life should be ruined over anything, but Brian Jason and even Justin Smith should be suffering, more, not as much as damn but they should be taking all of this . He took advantage of her, or at least tried to. He knew her story, seeked her out, and married her while she was in jail. This is an educated man trying to cuff a woman who has literally never been free. She even admitted that she tried pushing him away and was really mean to him while she was in jail but he kept coming back so she felt he truly loved her. It wasnt fair of him to do that while she was still in such a vulnerable position. She never had a childhood, got to experience teenage years or college years. She needs to be single for a while.

Gypsy went thru a lifetime of HORRIFIC crimes against her at the hand of the person who was supposed to protect her most. I’ve done the research & truly believe her mother’s death was Gypsy’s only exit from years more of HORRIFIC abuse. I still stand with her.

Do u know anything about what she endured??…Unnecessary surgeries, drugging, prescription meds she didn’t need that made her horribly sick, she had her salivary glands removed, she had a Gtube put in and tube fed her, and she didn’t even need it, unimaginable abuse. After her escape, Her “mother” used handcuffs and a dog leash to bind her daughter to the bed. She was connected to the leash, meaning she could feel it any time her daughter would move… “I was at her mercy for everything,” Gypsy says. “So, to go to the bathroom, for food. As punishment, she would not feed me every day and she would eat whatever she wanted.”

She didn't just make a mistake, like putting salt in someone's tea instead of sugar ... she masterminded her mother's brutal murder. It is not our job to kill anyone. I do believe she deserves to be reintegrated into society as she has by law served her time. However, minimising her role in the murder is what angers me. Big difference: Jon Bennet case is infamous, not Jon Bennet. Both Gypsy Rose and Gypsy Rose's case are infamous.
