Every time you laid down, I was like and she is dead, then you popped back up and I was like, ope, never mind. 10:06, that looks kinda uncomfortable to be playing in but also comfortable if you want to be lazy and practice.

Lol the amount of breathing and turning is super relatable. I has been a season since I’ve been on the field however, so I’m a little dizzy. I’ve also never watched one of these Guard Go Pro videos. Super interesting.

You can tell who’s a band kid vs a guard kid in the comments because they mention how dizzy they are. As a guard kid, this is all normal

Haha me too!! My coach doesn’t let weapons spin without gloves bc you can really hurt/damage your hands

Yes, the colorgaurd does pant and breathe this much, I would consider it a skill to be able to smile and still pant like a dog
