Very lightly heat the outer casting where the two prongs go in. Back behind the tile. Mine was so stuck the two halves separated.

You can only change the Seat which leads leaky to fix this issue. Delta Part number RP4993 - Seats and Springs.

No most people do this...its not a big deal really...once you just get dimensions and supply list you can re use it every year vs spending money for set up, soil, plants or time invested in seeding vs losing everything. It's logical and makes sense.

Hi Juman, sometimes if it happens to me i just spray it with a lot of WD-40 and let it sit in for hours and it works.

Similar to my approach. I sand the hell out of the rotted wood tkmake the surface uniform..using 3m red auto body glazing putty to fill any cracks/holes, prime with Zinnser 1-2-3, paint, then use water based polyurethane over top

Not sure if this is a good tip or secret, but I always put anti-seize on the bonnet before replacing it. Seems to help with removal years late.

I put delta shower faucet that works hot an 2006 old one just kept spin an drip new one cut on an off no drips good water pressure but it's not get enough hot if it's get it at all what would make this the replace part was ace the houseinh hide lime scale indentions so it do slide all the in had to use to pull it together is there way to adjust the hot water
