في رحلة MS917 من ابوظبي الى القاهرة تأخرت الرحلة من الاقلاع ولم يتم اعلامي مسبقاً بالايميل او بأي طريقة قبل الرحلة داخل الطيارة المكيف لم يكن يعمل عانيت من صعوبة التنفس ولم يتم التعاون لحل المشكلة وبالطبع مشكلة كهذه يجب ان تحل قبل الاقلاع أشعر بالأسفر لإنفاق أموالي على رحلات مصر الطيران لن أكرر تجربتي مرة أخرى دوماً رحلاتهم بها مشاكل ودون احترام للركاب من حقوق

I write from Bosnia. I am so disapointed that Egyptairlines office in Addis Ababa charged just right now my girlfriend 22 578 Birr for ticket she will not use,and she cant take money back. They forced her to buy two way ticket even the ticket way back she will not use. I recommand that the Airlines try to see what is happening there,charging passengers ticket way back that they don't use and not giving back money. Scamm. Selam Alaikum.

Is this the 787 that flies Ewr to Cairo? Is this an updated cabin? I have heard horror stories about Egypt air. I’m looking at this flight for a November trip, but will not book if it’s an old plane. I just recently had a nightmare trip on Ethiopian air business class with the dirtiest most disgusting seats in the world

Disappointed with the attitude of supervisor and manager, Mr. Ramy & Mr. Maged, at Terminal 3, Egypt Airport. Counter closed 1.5 hours before flight, preventing check-in. Limited Flight Options: Despite it being critical and second trip, no available seats on next 3 flights; earliest seat available in 3 days. Wasn't offered option to travel without luggage. Financial Loss: Lost 4,600 AED due to immediate booking with another airline. Demands: •Compensation: Seeking material and moral compensation for financial losses and distress caused. •Disciplinary Action: Urge Egypt Air to take strict disciplinary measures against Mr. Ramy and Mr. Maged to prevent future incidents.
